GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Yaxley Scout & Guide Group (The organisers) reserves the right to remove persons from the venue for any  reason including, but not limited to, behaviour that is;
• Likely to cause damage, annoyance, or harm to others, health and safety reasons,
• If the Event staff believe that You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
• If You fail to produce proof of identity or age, or if You refuse to comply with the Organiser’s security checks.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances or to request any ticket holder to leave the event and take appropriate action to enforce this right.
• Yaxley Scout & Guide Group operates a zero tolerance policy to drug abuse.
• To ensure our audience safety, Yaxley Scout & Guide Group (or its agents) may conduct occasional security searches.
• The Three Horseshoes operates a Challenge 25 policy at all bars
• Please respect our neighbours when leaving the Venue.
• Please consider your parking and if you could walk to the event!
• You undertake to comply with any and all instruction given to you by the Organiser and/ or all event staff.
• The following items are prohibited and may not be brought into the Event:
• Illegal substances
• Anything that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
• Nitrous Oxide and legal highs
• Glass drinking vessels
• Portable laser equipment including pens
• Megaphones and Air horns
• Spray cans
• Your Own Fireworks including Sparklers and Flares are prohibited on site.
• Animals
• Unofficial tabards or high-vis jackets
• Any items confiscated will not be available for collection on exit and will be destroyed.
• You may be required to queue so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
• You need a valid ticket that must be produced to get in to see the event.
• The display is an all standing event. No seats are available unless otherwise stated.
• Please don’t be offended if we ask to look in your bag – to ensure everyone’s safety we may have to conduct occasional searches and confiscate restricted items.
